I have been a partner at Donati Maisonneuve since 2015 and I specialize in litigation and insurance. I have a diploma in finance from the University of Utah as well as a law degree from McGill University, where I completed the national program (B.C.L. and LL.B.). I have also earned a diploma as a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP).
Since my admission to the Quebec Bar in 1999, my practice has focused on insurance law as well as liability law, construction law, real estate law, business law, labour law, municipal law, administrative law, general civil law and family law. In this respect, I have had the opportunity to plead before the courts of law of Quebec, including the Court of Appeal of Québec, as well as various administrative tribunals. In my day-to-day work I manage litigation cases, draft contracts and procedures, provide legal opinions and represent clients before the courts.
