As a graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke, I joined Donati Maisonneuve in 2022, after having completed my articling internship for the Quebec Bar. There, I began my practice in civil litigation, more specifically in insurance law and liability law.
I am committed to maintaining a relationship of trust and collaboration with my clients, whether it be when representing them before the various judicial authorities, in the context of subrogated recourse or in defence, when conducting negotiations, other methods of dispute prevention and resolution, or in the regular course of business. Furthermore, I make it my duty to give the paint a complete picture of the cases, and to find solutions adapted to the mandates entrusted to us.
During my studies, I had the opportunity to do cooperative internships in the litigation department of national companies. From these, I developed a particular interest in cases that require a complex analysis and a good knowledge of the facts involved.
I am also a member of the Young Bar Association of Montréal, and I am involved with Risk Management Counsel of Canada (RMC), a national association of independent law firms that provide a range of legal services in the insurance and risk area.
