First participation of the firm to the Journée Carrière Interfacultaire

MONTREAL, November 12, 2021 – Pascale Caron, Patricia Proulx, Cynthia Brunet, Marie Lelièvre, Alice Boivinet, Vincent Messier, Kim Tourigny and Frédérick Allain-Boisvert were delighted to address students in the context of the Journée Carrière Interfacultaire 2022.

For the occasion, we had created a modern virtual format composed of several small rhythmic segments which allowed our professionals to present the firm, our lawyers, our culture, but also to involve the students in some interactive activities and to give them a few advice.

Conferences for insurance professionals

MONTREAL, October 30, 2021 – Sonia Paradis and Alice Boivinet will be giving a series of lectures in the Fall on the theme of civil and professional liability of the insurance professionals.

The first conference for agents and brokers, both of the Chambre de l’assurance de dommages (ChAD) or the Chambre de la sécurité financière (CSF), as well as claims adjusters, illustrates their obligations in a concrete way, presents the main reproaches and formulates recommendations that can be implemented in their daily practice.

The second conference enlightens all insurance professionals on the concrete path of a disciplinary file.
