I have been a member of the Quebec Bar since January 2016 and have practiced in various areas of law throughout my career. My academic journey began with an International Baccalaureate in Commerce and Marketing, through which I developed a strong interest in business, strategy, and analytical thinking.
Over the years, I have been entrusted with complex and high-stakes matters before various courts, tribunals, and administrative bodies. After practicing primarily in civil and family litigation, I focused my practice on insurance litigation, where I represent clients in a broad range of disputes involving liability, damages, and risk management.
In addition to my litigation practice, I am an accredited civil and commercial mediator. This qualification enables me to help clients resolve disputes through effective, practical, and constructive solutions, whether by negotiation, mediation, or, when necessary, litigation.
As an experienced litigator, I pay close attention to legal drafting, strategic case management, and witness preparation. I am recognized for my meticulousness, as well as my strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, which allow me to build lasting relationships of trust with my clients and provide them with consistent, personalized, and reassuring guidance throughout the legal process.
Beyond my legal practice, I have served for five years on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization, where I contributed to its governance and strategic development.
I am fluent in French, English, and Romanian, and I also possess a solid knowledge of Spanish.
