I am the Co-Managing partner of Donati Maisonneuve and I have developed a specialization in commercial and real estate litigation since I was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1988.

I act in real estate cases covering all types of problems that may result from the the possession, rental or financing of real estate property. I represent owners, tenants, lenders, borrowers, guarantors or brokers.

I am able to handle the entire range of conflicts that can arise from commercial agreements. In commercial litigation, I act more particularly in applications for injunctions or seizures before judgment, shareholder disputes, bankruptcy or restructuring cases, and dismissals or claims arising from failure to perform contractual obligations.

Alongside my litigation practice, clients regularly consult me to revise, negotiate or enter into commercial leases, or sales or service contracts.

Holding a diploma in law from Université de Montréal (1986), I was involved in its graduate association (ADDUM) for 11 years and chaired its board from 2008 to 2011.

In 2006, I fell in love with CREW Mtl, an association of women working in commercial real estate whose mission is to support and promote women in this industry. I have organized numerous events for this association and spent five years on its board. I chaired the board in 2011 and remain involved in various capacities, including mentoring of young women in real estate

From 2013 to 2023, I was a member of the Montreal Real Estate Foundation for Kids and I chaired the organizing committee for its main funding activity.

I value involvement in my professional order. From 2007 to 2016, I was a member of the Quebec Bar’s Comité du Fond d’Indemnisation and was previously a member of its Disciplinary Board.

I chaired the Administration of Civil Justice and the Liaison with the Court of Appeal committees of the Montreal Bar, and contributed to the Best Practices Guide.
