After beginning my career in a national firm following my call to the Bar in 2014, I chose
to further develop my practice in the context of regional firms given the opportunity to
offer a more customized service with clients and the possibility to become more
specialized by orienting my practice in civil and commercial litigation. It was in this
context that I quickly developed a strong interest in the construction and real estate
industries, establishing a particular expertise for penal regulatory files (RBQ, CNESST,
CCQ, etc.). At Donati Maisonneuve, I am following this passion by focusing my practice
in construction, real estate and insurance law.
Being very involved with the Québec Bar Association, I have served as a member of the
Advisory Committee on Work-Family Balance from 2015 to 2016 and, was
subsequently, elected to the Young Bar of Montreal’s Board (“YBM”) in 2016, where I
have served for the last three years. Furthermore, in the context of my work with the
YBM, I have been responsible for many committees, namely, the Research and
Legislation Committee, the Public Affairs Committee and the Annual Convention and
Gala Committee. I am also a member of the Liaison Committee with the Superior Court
(Commercial Division) since 2017. More recently, in January 2019, I was nominated as a
Gouverneur de la relève by la Fondation du Barreau du Québec.
As I am passionate about arts and culture, I am a member of the Orchestre Symphonique
de Montréal’s Ambassadors’ Committee of the Bal éclaté d’une nuit d’été three years
running. In addition to this, I am also a member of the Jeunes Premiers du Théâtre du
Nouveau Monde; two committees bringing together professionals who value cultural
philanthropy and the promotion of our homegrown artists.
