I joined the Donati Maisonneuve team in January 2019. My practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, and more specifically in the insurance and construction industries.
As a true business partner, I am primarily driven to find creative solutions to contentious situations and to represent insurance companies, professionals and companies before civil courts. I act more particularly in defense in files relating to civil and professional liability, complex construction disputes as well as manufacturer’s liability. I have also developed experience in the interpretation of insurance policies.
Before joining the firm, I worked for three years at the Court of Appeal of Bordeaux (France). I completed my articling internship and began my career as a lawyer in the insurance department of a regional law firm.
I hold a doctorate in law from the University of Bordeaux (France). I then completed my university education at the University of Montreal.
Very involved in the community, since 2014, I lead Cheminement Équivalences, an organization for the integration of lawyers trained abroad and practicing lawyers in Quebec. Since 2019, I have also been Governor of the future within the Fondation du Barreau. I am also involved with Bar of Montreal for which I sit on the Business Law and and International Relations Committed and I am part of the Organizing committee of the 175th anniversary of the Bar of Quebec.
