As a Law Graduate from Université de Montréal, I joined Donati Maisonneuve in 2020 to complete my professional internship at the Bar. My practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of insurance law, civil and professional liability, and real estate litigation.
As part of my practice, I am called upon to represent our clients before various judicial authorities while promoting alternative dispute resolution solutions. Passionate about my field, listening to the needs of our clients is at the heart of my priorities and I strive to effectively achieve the objectives set together.
I frequently represent insurers, appearing in recovery or defence matters, especially with cases arising from fires, construction defects, product liability and personal injury. I also represent professionals, financial institutions and commercial lessors.
I am also a member of the Young Bar Association of Montreal, and I am involved with a national association of independent law firms dedicated to resolving interprovincial insurance law issues, Risk Management Counsel of Canada (RMC).
